A Full-Funnel Approach
Go Fish launched a full-funnel strategy with a heavy focus on cold prospecting to build up Mediclo’s existing customer base. We leveraged Meta’s automated Advantage+ shopping campaign for new customer acquisition, utilizing Meta’s algorithm to find the most qualified new users willing to make a purchase. In addition, we applied more manual targeting, adding in nurses, doctors, and medical students to help elevate the audience.
Smart Retargeting
We targeted all site visitors, email lists, and past purchasers with a dynamic remarketing campaign, with focus on targeting people who viewed or added an item to their cart within a given period of time.
New Launches & Connections
In addition to running evergreen ads, Mediclo also wanted to focus on new launches and collections. To advertise the new launches, we broke each collection into its own Advantage+ Shopping campaign and let Meta determine the targeting.

What started as a 30-day project to optimize Mediclo’s Meta account to start driving revenue became so successful that Mediclo switched to a monthly auto-renewing agreement with Go Fish. In the first three months of our partnership, our Meta efforts helped increase Mediclo’s website revenue by 50% YoY, with Meta as the #1 revenue source.
By optimizing Mediclo’s Meta account to capitalize on quality users, we saw Meta revenue increase each month. Having determined that a healthy goal would be 500% ROAS, we exceeded that in the first month while also driving more revenue—reaching $95k in revenue after ~4.5 months. On top of that, Mediclo’s new customer acquisition reach has grown each month by at least 10% MoM since we began.
